The purpose of the Daily Energy Routine (DER) is to promote and maintain the balance, flow, and vitality of the body’s energy systems. This routine is designed to address subtle energy systems that are believed to underlie and influence physical, emotional, and mental well being. When done on a daily bases, this will help clear energy blockages, improve the flow of energy, and enhance the body’s natural healing abilities.

Jennifer Boerger, founder of Harmony Health and Wellness, started her career as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, and shifted from traditional medicine to explore holistic alternatives. She pursued Functional Medicine, addressing root causes of disease, and earned certification as a Functional Medicine Healthcare Coach in 2023. During this time, she was introduced to Energy Medicine, which draws from ancient healing practices, and will be certified as an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner in 2024.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. If there is an extenuating circumstance please let us know.
